The chair was bought assembled in the Staples in Woburn MA. They did a good job very pleased that I decided to do that. Right now the seat is very rigid a little uncomfortable hoping use makes it more pliant.
I really really like this chair. Used as my sewing chair I am confortable for long projects. Would have given 5 stars but the casters were extremely hard to get in. Great response from the company but we ended up having to mallet pound them in. Having said that I would buy it again because I love the chair
This is a great chair. Well made best assembly instructions I'd ever seen and very comfortable for my work from home life. After my wife saw it I ordered a 2nd. :-)
The chair is OK comfortable and affordable. BUT when you are on the computer typing and working one tends to lean forward and there is no back support at all. Yes there is supposed to be "an adjustable lumbar" support ( which is still too far away) and leans back but that is not helpful unless taking a break and a stretch. I really wish Staples would work on more of an ergonomic style task chair. There are man huge " manager's" chairs -like the old style " Mr. Big sitting in an office with a cigar leaning back on the phone. Really ? who does that? Even "manager's need a good chair as they are on the computer typing of using CAD for long time duration.
