Two chairs ordered at the same time arrived two days apart. On second chair a corner of the base assembly had broken through the bottom of the box but was not damaged. Assembly was relatively easy. The chair is comfortable.

...when I started working from home and I finally decided to do it and I'm really glad I did. This chair is soooo much better than the dining chair I had been using. I've only had it for a few weeks but it was pretty easy to put together (I thought I was missing something b/c it was a little hard to push the wheels on but I got it eventually) and it's very comfortable. My only warning is that this chair is very heavy so a lot to carry the box upstairs when it first arrived. of course I'm sure it shows the weight somewhere on here but it didn't even occur to me as I've never had a desk chair anywhere but at work so I had no idea. Anyway I'm very pleased with it.
