It's a comfortable basic chair. I'm about a week in to using it and have had no issues. It's no thrills but does the job. I upgraded the casters to rollerblade casters to roll a bit easier on carpet. Only wish is that the arms raised up to upright position to easier push in under a desk. Ended up removing the arms entirely to be more comfortable.

Once you get the wheels on assembly is easy. You think you have them all on lift a bit to get the last one on and another falls off. My basement floor is uneven so until I firmly tapped them in one fell of. Put a board over the leg brace above the wheel and whack it with a hammer. Chair is very comfortable and easily adjustable

Spending a lot of time in a home office requires comfort. After trying every chair in my price range at Staples I looked no further than this one. It gave me back comfort the seat was nice and firm proper height and arm rests were also on my check list. I could not be happier. While looking at reviews online a coupon popped up with a substantial savings which qualified with this chair. I am completely satisfied with my purchase.

Maybe we're not ready for change. The chair is not as comfortable as we had hoped. Or maybe we just need to get used to it. In the store the sample was obviously acceptable. In practice not so much. Well see.
