The chair arrived as expected and on time. The instruction to install was easy to understand and the chair was installed with no problem. Every screws were labeled clearly alphabetically & correspond to the picture provided. The chair is not very comfortable to sit for extended period of time. So a bit of cushioning might help. For the price it’s worth the buy.

A positive is the chair back does provide good back support. The negative the listed max weight (275 lbs) is not accurate. I'm 25 lbs under that and bottom out the chair onto the plastic frame

The setup manual is one of the best I've seen. Feels like a solid chair comfortable with good back support. Hopefully it won't disappoint in the long run :)
