Love the mesh and the tilt lock is awesome. I wish all office chairs had that. The chair was easy to put together and everything seems to work well as intended. On a more personal use level I am 5'3" and found that the seat was a little long forcing me to inch forward in the seat or use a seat pillow. The adjustable lower back rest does not travel far enough down to meet my lower back so would not be effective even if the seat were short enough for thigh length. I will be passing the chair to my office mate and trying again.
Not fancy and just height and reclining adjustments no tilt to the seat or other fancy stuff. Lumbar support works OK. In general quite comfortable though.
I was looking for a desk chair to work at home. I need lumbar support and this chair was very comfortable when I tried it in the store. It was easy to put together. I recommend this chair.
I love my new chair. I would have given it 5 Stars but the chair came in with damage to the finish. I didn't notice it until I had unboxed everything and started putting it together. If I had the time I would have returned it for a new one. My only advice check it over before putting it together. Otherwise a great chair!
After working from home using my chair from the office (a $2K item I'm told!) I was looking for something affordable to use at home now that my "office" chair is back at the office. This fit the bill. While it's not nearly the equivalent of a $2K chair it has a similar look and fit for this 5'3'' gal and is lightweight and comfortable. I'm quite pleased. Assembly was a bit tricky for me but I'm a wimp when it comes to that anyway (credit is entirely due to my husband's superior assembly abilities--it was easy for him).
I like the chair. I’m working from home so I’m using it 9 or 10 hours a day. My only complaint is the arms are a bit close in and the arm rests a little hard. But otherwise live no complaints. It’s only been a couple of weeks so I can speak to durability yet but it certainly seems well built.
