This is the most supportive chair I've found. I need to sit upright in my home office to work no leaning way back or feeling like I'm in a recliner. This has great back support so my neck and shoulders don't hurt. Also I'm short and it goes low enough for my feet to touch the floor.

Not terribly difficult to assemble with the supplied Allen wrench. The five caster footing makes it more stable and with the front knob control the user can determine how quickly the chair will tilt back if it is not locked in one position. Nice chair.
