I went into Staples and sat on all of the chairs to see what was most comfortable. Working at home hurt my back. This chair was amazing and it was perfectly priced. It has made a dramatic difference with my back pain. I would highly recommend.

I purchased the chair and it came in an open box with no instructions and I am pretty sure it was a refurbished chair. The screws came in zip lock bags and the label of the screws (step 1 screws; step 2 screws etc.) were mis labeled. For instance the screws needed for step 1 had card in the zip lock that it came in saying it was for step 2. Needless to say I had to use common sense to figure out which screws would go. The wheels of the chair are difficult to push in but I managed to do so. I also had to look up the instruction manual on the site. After assembling the chair it seems to be working fine. It’s been a little over a week but so far it’s comfortable and has a nice look to it.

It came in a sturdy box and was packed really well. Instructions were easy. The only negative was that the casters were REALLY HARD to attach. We had to call the 800# for help - but they were great.
