I'm used to softer mesh chairs from work. So this was a little harder thn what I'm used to and what I like. Also the arm rests are not covered with cushion. So if you place your elbows directly they may hurt or you may pinch your nerves after long use. Those pretty muchcthe only downsides for me. It was quite easy to assemble. Moves well over carpet and hardfloors. Tilt and height adjustment options are satisfactory. It's lighter than the previous chairs I used. Overall I'm happy with the product so far after 2 weeks of use.

I bought this chair to sit in and work in my home office. I use it about 8 hours a day. It is comfortable has good lumbar support and is easily adjustable. I thought the price of this chair was excellent as it provides many of the same features of more expensive chairs.

I would have rated the chair a five however I am average height and the chair cannot be lowered enough for me to be comfortable at my desk. I tower over my desk causing neck and shoulder stress.
