The chair is well constructed and functions as expected overall. My issue is that the arm supports are too high and the padding on them is too firm. I removed them and am using the chair without arm supports.

Office chair glides along my floating floor nicely and feels good to sit in. Seat can be adjusted up and down and back can be adjusted to and fro. Must include armrests in the put-together for best stability. Some like to keep the armrests off to allow the seat of the chair to be under desktop when chair is not in use especially in restricted spaces. When armrests are off the chair still works but the stability is maybe 85%.

Breathable meh chair with soft bounce and good lumbar support. There are chairs that cost more but this gave me everything I wanted for a reasonable price. Doesn't recline as far as some chairs but I don't need that when I am working.

I’ve had this chair for 6 months now and have used it daily for remote office work. I’ve noticed that the seat has been steadily sagging since I brought it home. Today I noticed that the staples holding the mesh were now showing and about to come out (see image). You don’t need to look to hard to see that others are having the same issue. I am 5 9 and weigh 140lbs this Is unacceptable. It is unfortunate that companies are not held accountable for manufacturing garbage. One star.

I love the mesh ergonomic chair. Great lumbar support comfortable airflow through the mesh makes you feel refreshed throughout your duration regardless how short or long you sit at the chair you won't feel tired or uncomfortable. My work day goes by fast!! I love my ergonomic chair.
