The chair is poorly designed and uncomfortable. Had to return it after only 5 days use. The mesh seat was separating from the seat frame exposing the staples attaching the the seat to the frame. Returned it to my local Staples Store (Beaufort SC) and exchanged it for a Kelburne Desk Chair which was on sale and $40 less expensive. I like the Kelburne Chair.

Love my chair. It arrived quickly. It was easy to assemble. It’s comfortable and looks great at my desk. What was new was the packaging for the screws and Allen wrench. The screws for the three steps were color coded and separated into separate packets that were clearly labeled. Really nicely done.

Comfortable for all day sitting

I went to Staples to buy a chair I saw on sale and then realized it wasn't comfortable. I tried about 30 different chairs to find just the right one. I wanted proper lumbar support tilt and lock (not just tilt) and adjustable height at an affordable price. This chair has everything I wanted and I am very happy with my purchase. It is not flimsy and offers the same features other expensive chairs have. The mesh keeps me cool and I find I'm not turning my air conditioner on all day either.

This chair is fantastic! I have lower back issues and needed something I could sit in for 40 hours a week. What a difference! It's super comfy and it has made such a difference on my back! It was also REALLY easy to put together instructions were clear and they separated the screws that needed to go to certain places. The back has an adjustable lumbar support that you can move up and down..so if you need upper back support just slide it upI HIGHLY recommend this chair.

Easy to put together with simple to read instructions. I enjoy having on this chair to easily change the height and back chair support. The mesh keeps the chair cooler and is comfortable to sit in. I would definitely recommend this product.
