Bought this chair after talking to a few co-workers in my office who were very pleased with theirs. I'm 6' 1" so finding comfortable office chairs is a trial. Over all I like it a lot—good lumbar support (adjustable; works great for my height). Only complaint is no head support but that's just something you have to pay more for. Would recommend this chair even compared to Herman-Miller.

The control to adjust the tilt is a bit awkward to deal with but otherwise the chair is very comfortable. It was not difficult to put together and I recommend it for a home office.
