Due to the bolt location under the seat it takes a while to line up and tighten bolts that attach the back to the seat. Otherwise the chair has what I need for good lumbar support. I replaced the plastic wheels with rubber chair casters made for hardwood floors and carpet. Ron M

Bought the chair because I spend hours at my desk behind a computer which is very hard on my lumbar spine. I was looking for a chair that would offer support but still be comfortable. This chair does both.
