Really Comfortable Chair. The Wheels...not so much

I bought the chair because it's really comfortable. I especially appreciate the lumber support for my particular frame if you know what I mean. Assembly is pretty cut and dry. But be warned: the wheels do not snap into place. I had to bang the living snot out of the wheels with a 25-lb weight to get them into a modicum of position. Even now one of the wheels is a little "off." I expect that particular wheel to settle in. To sum up: Happy with the chair. Not happy with the wheel putting-in process. If I'm forced to think about putting wheels in or hit the product with a 25-lb dumbbell something is "off."

Love the chair especially the back support. Putting it together was no problem except for the wheels. No amount of pushing or even sitting on the chair would seat the wheels. Had to use my son's rubber mallet to bang them in.

so far a 5! It went together easily and the wife so far likes the comfort and support from the lumbar support unit. Am somewhat worried about the mess seat giving out but that will be another comment later.

I absolutely love this chair. The moveable lumbar section keeps my lower back from hurting and when I want to stretch my back I lean the chair all the way back and I can stay that way for as long as I want. I put my feet up on something and I get comfortable. This chair was the best item I could buy for my office. Being a full-time student I can relax when I want to take a break.

Furthermore we think the Kroy Chair to be aesthetically pleasing. We also found the chair is easy to assemble. We recommend the chair as an excellent choice and a good value. Purchased in April 2021.
