I would have given the chair a 5 star but one of the bolts that hold the back to the seat of the chair would not tighten all the way down and I had to re-tap the threads. Fortunately I had the tools necessary to do it so the chair did not have to be returned. Otherwise the chair fully meets my expectations.

The wheels didn't work at all - so I just use it without the castors - and it would have been too big a pain to return (I got it delivered). It's a little on the cheap side (quality-wise) not sure how long it will last but for now at least it is 100% better for my back than the dining room chair I was sitting on.

Purchase this chair as a Valentine's day gift. I ordered it to come to my home and it arrived the very next day less than 24 hours. It was so simple to put together and it is absolutely the most comfortable chair ever! The seat cushion is very padded the lumbar support is welcomed and movable to fit individually. Don't hesitate if you are thinking about this chair

Solid chair good quality seat is a tad hard

I have the blue-backed one with the mesh back and solid/cushioned seat. It was fairly simple to put together metal parts for lots of it so well made should hold up. I gave it 3 stars because the seat cushion is a little hard. You don't want too squishy but this is a bit too far the other direction. Also I haven't been able to get the adjustment to change the front-to-back tilt of the seat to work. I can adjust the height and the angle of the seat back but the lever that should allow for movement in the angle of the seat itself doesn't seem to work the seat is never moveable no matter where I position the lever. Otherwise I think this is a solid seat and will hold up over time. I can't speak to others comments about the lumbar support not staying in place in the back because I like it fairly low so I don't know that I'd notice. I may edit this later if I notice it slipping from the slight raise I did.

I'm loving my new chair I have the one with the blue mesh back. It has a comfortable seat pad and it can go quite high which I needed because my desk is higher. The lumbar is ok but I'm usually leaning forward so doesn't do me much good. Would love it a bit more if the arm rests had some padding and could go a bit lower so I could scoot under my desk. But pretty good chair - solid assembly was easy for this not so mechanical woman.

After six weeks = does not adjust anymore! Cheap plastic. I am out of luck for return with the strict policies in place after 30 days. I should have gotten at Cost**
