Love this chair when I got it now I've had this chair for a year and have had to replace parts 3 times! Plastic parts keep breaking. Thank goodness for the warranty or I'd be upset! Spend the extra $$ and get a chair that doesn't crumble in your hands. The only decent part is the webbed chair and seat back. Using the lift lever to raise and lower the seat caused the seat base to break in several places.

I took this chair home in the box. I thought it was gonna be easy peasy. Opened the directions read them said ok lets do this. On step 1 I had an issue with the casters. I called the support line and a very nice lady told me to just push hard & twist and they would go on. Well it took a minute or two had that first step said that I wouldn't have had to call. Other than that it was way super simple to put together and I love the chair. I would recommend this chair!

I found it impossible to change the tilt angle with the lever on the left as the leaflet instructs. It looks as if there is only 2 positions but I could not get it to move from the assembled (by the store) position so it is not as comfortable for me.
