I love this chair. Staples was out of stock on this chair so I bought the display chair. The wheel had fallen off when I put it in my car. The Staples employee came out to help me fix it and found it was missing a piece. She fixed the wheel and came back out to my car and installed it. No charge. No hassle. Just prompt friendly service with a smile.
