Extremely comfortable. Rather ugly. Chair back too high not necessary. Just wanted a chair not a throne. Has all the bells and whistles I need. seat height seat tilt arm height adjuster lumbar adjuster can even adjust width I think havn't tried yet but if I had a Allen wrench which they didn't give me (I bought a floor model) I think that would be possible. Brochure says chair can support up to 275 lbs. and when I phoned for the brochure (because again it was a floor model) the woman I spoke to said it comes with a 7 year guarantee. I prefer upholstery to mesh but not leather-type because of body heat.
