Overall this chair has been nice. The wheels would be better if they were the rollerblade wheels. Also the material is coming up around the edge and looking to exchange for a new chair.

Comfortable good value but creaks loudly

I picked the Kroy over the Hyken chair as this one was the superior chair in a lot of ways. Has a wider seat more comfortable and Hyken headrest was too low to use (I'm 5'11'' and 160 lbs for reference). I recommend visiting a local Staples and sitting in a few chairs to find one that best fits you. My main complaint is that this chair is very creaky when you shift your weight around. To clarify the chair has a recline feature and that hinge/spring is NOT creaky. Rather the noise seems to be coming from the junction between the hydraulic cylinder and the base. I've read a few other reviews that also mention this problem so I don't think it's a one-off issue.
