Not quite the 15-minute home assembly project I had hoped but it all came together ok and we are happy with the outcome. I would recommend this chair and also recommend store assembly if that would be practical for you. Very happy with the quality. Expect to have this chair many years.

I love the slightly smaller seat length that fits my smaller frame. The arms are adjustable which is great for my awkward built in desk space because I can have one higher than the other as needed. the lumbar support is top notch. I have had no back or hip issues since buying and using this chair 3 weeks ago and I'm so glad to have it!
