I'm used to softer mesh chairs from work. So this was a little harder thn what I'm used to and what I like. Also the arm rests are not covered with cushion. So if you place your elbows directly they may hurt or you may pinch your nerves after long use. Those pretty muchcthe only downsides for me. It was quite easy to assemble. Moves well over carpet and hardfloors. Tilt and height adjustment options are satisfactory. It's lighter than the previous chairs I used. Overall I'm happy with the product so far after 2 weeks of use.

The seat is firm yet comfortable for sitting all day. I am 5’3” and have trouble finding desk chairs that fit me and my desk. The adjustable arms make it on this one make this the perfect chair. Great purchase!

Not fancy and just height and reclining adjustments no tilt to the seat or other fancy stuff. Lumbar support works OK. In general quite comfortable though.
