Seems like a great product time will be the test on this particular item. Normal lower end desk chairs seem to fall apart fairly quickly.

Went in store to try and find a chair since I’ll be working from home upon first sit in the chair it’s very comfy! Firm supports the back arms can be adjusted. So purchased it and it was to be shipped to me. Was delivered and assembled so easy! Used it for my first full day working from home. By noon I was done with the chair. SO uncomfortable. The lumbar adjustment is hard plastic and with the mesh chair back when you lean against it that is all you feel after a few hours. Even trying to adjust the support to move it didn’t help. Then the seat itself is tight mesh. KILLED my hips sitting it this chair. I was so bummed because the reviews were good and initially trying this chair it was a good fit. Returned it and went with the beautyrest platinum chair. Def worth the extra money to get a comfy chair that you’ll be sitting in for 7 hours a day.

Mesh on seat is held together with staples. Within 3 weeks staples were popping and mesh pulled away from seat. Called staples and their return policy with furniture is 14 days. Spend extra and get better quality.
