I bought a chair online from another company but had to return it because it just didn't work for me. I then went into Staples and tried out several chairs. I liked this one the best and it felt the most comfortable to me. I order it in the store on Friday and they shipped it to my house so it arrived that Monday. It was very easy to put together and the instructions were clear and helpful. Unfortunately I don't find the chair as comfortable as I originally thought in the store and it doesn't tilt/rock like I thought it would. I could have sworn it said in the description that it rocked but it doesn't. That's very disappointing but not enough for me to return it. There is a lot that I like about the chair but still only giving it three stars because of comfort and no rocking.

Not flimsy at all. Easy to put together. Did it in about 30 minutes. Nice and roomy in the seat and good back support. Only issue is I do t know if I got a defective chair as it is supposed to tilt and has a handle to do that but it won’t tilt. Overall saved me from pain I was having from sitting in a regular chair
