Comfortable desk chair

Despite trouble with getting an unopened box the chair is terrific. It was easy to assemble and the way the parts were laid out made it quite easy. The only think that might make it even better would be to be able to lower the arms completely or move them aside. The adjustments for lumbar support height and locking back feature work very well. I recommend it.

Not for Tall People

Nice chair but this description needs to be very clear that it WILL NOT WORK for people over 6'-0" tall. The seat is very shallow and the neck rest is not height adjustable. Other family members can use it but not myself the primary reason for purchase. Please include height limitation in product description.

My son is 6'2" and he had read reviews before we made our purchase that said the chair headrest was in an awkward position for a tall person so we just didn't connect it to the chair. Otherwise it is very comfortable nice simple design easy to clean feels sturdy. Good value for the price.

Very comfortable chair. The only problem is my height - the headrest hits me between the shoulder blades so I have left it off. This makes the chair just about perfect.

Squeaky and leaky after under a year

My chair recently started creaking a lot when I turn in it so I set it back to take a look and see if I needed to tighten anything. Slid down the telescopic cover for the base and under it was absolutely caked in a slick black substance. Avoid.
