Loved it so much, I bought it twice

I first bought this chair back in 2020 when I started working from home. At the time, I thought it was pretty reasonably priced at ~$200+tax. I'm in it 5 days a week, 8+ hours a day, and at least for me - a 5'6" female, approx. 200 lbs. - it has been very comfortable, and I'm extremely happy with it. I've had no issues with adjusting the seat height, armrests, or lumbar. I've felt very supported, and having a headrest is a game changer when you need to lean back from your computer for a quick break. The only issues I've had were the foam pad under the front of the seat starting to break and fall out after about 4 years (you can just stuff it back in), and eventually the hydraulic lift for the seat stopped working after 6 years. The chair is so reasonably priced that it's basically not worth repairing it, so I just bought my second version of this chair this week, and it cost LESS than when I bought it 6 years ago! I also tried out the Dexley (along with every other chair in the store), and I still like this one best! The Dexley is very similar, but this chair (the regular version) seems like it fits a shorter person better. My husband ended up buying the Dexley and liking it, but he's 6' tall. For the money, I'm not sure you can get a better chair than this.
Bought this chair for office use in my home. Tried it out in the store and thought it would fit my needs. I WFH two days a week and generally am sitting all day. The seat is very sturdy and conforms to my back and when you recline back a bit it is just as comfortable. I like that you can adjust the arm rests up and down and the head rest is good as well. Someone I know has this chair and said that the only issue is when it is cold (winter months) that one may feel the cold quite a bit (since the chair is of course mesh). I will have to just wait and see as it gets colder and maybe add a blanket to the seat which to me does not seem like a deal breaker on the chair. Very happy with the purchase thus far.
The chair is not the right size for me. I am not a very tall person (5'10") but the neck section sits too low and hits me in the shoulders. I will not be keeping this chair long.
For the price, this chair feels very cheap - sharp plastic weld lines, arm rests are rattle-y, etc. In addition, the arm rests are very narrow, forcing your arms in and your shoulders up, not very comfortable for any length of time. I'd return it if I'd kept the receipt and not used it for a month now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Jay, thanks for replying to our product review request. We appreciate you taking to time to let us know about your experience.
The seat of the chair leans forward slightly, making it feel as though you will fall forward. I have to keep my feet planted in front of me to stay in the seat.
The arm rests are very uncomfortable. My elbows hurt after a few hours of using the chair.
