Great for the Price

This was 1/5 the cost of the refurbished Aeron chair I have at work and pretty much just as comfortable. I’m just hoping it lasts because the last Staples chair I bought eventually couldn’t hold its height adjustment.

Have had chair for atleast four months now. The thing is fantastic allowing me to be comfortable as well as productive. The neck-rest should is a great feature as it is really nice and has 2 angles.

Great chair but could use better arm support

After two weeks of use the left arm feels loose and wobbles making squeaky sounds. I bought precisely the same chair a year ago and that one has the same issue. Arms wiggle a bit. The chair is comfortable and obviously I wouldn't repurchase it if it bothered me too much yet it's something that could be improved.
