I sit at my computer several hours a day. Over the years I have developed sciatica back pain when I sit too long. When I replaced my old computer chair I was amazed how comfortable the mesh seating is and how much support it gives me. The sciatica has gone away. Hooray

Pros: My back posture is now way better. One of the few chairs where the head rest can actully be used instead of it being a decretive item like on the Lazyboy versions of this. Decently adjustable. Cons: The mesh is somewhat abrasive and pulls your shirt up. I'm thinking of putting a cloth over the mesh to help but the mesh while good at keeping you in place makes it uncomfortable to sit in if you only have pants on. The other con is that if you are a wide set person is that.. well this chair is not for you. I'm barely within its width. I'm not even grossly overweight I just have a little heft and I feel like it's squeezing me in. However if you are of average size this will be very good for you! The in-between. The building process had quite of few non-recyclable materials in there and lots of tape covered carboard. If your environmentally conscious this chair is a little on the wasteful side. Wish the arm rests had more width to them.

At 5'11'' I am too tall for this chair

This is possibly a good chair for someone under 5'8". I am three inches taller. The head rest rubs against my shoulders. The seat is not long enough to reach the back of my knees. It's 3-4 inches short. These are real problems for someone a little over average height or a man particularly in a chair that advertises its comfort.
