Excellent with room for improvement

I put the chair together in 25 minutes plus about 5 minutes for unboxing so call it 30 total. Expect 30-45. Some people have had issues with the tension of the seat (not enough). It's good for me @ 170lbs but I don't know if I'd recommend it to people >175 lbs. There is also some concern about the long-term durability of the tension mesh seat we'll see how it lasts. This chair has a TON of adjustability but all of it is just a little. The headrest DOES adjust up or down but only for about a total of 1 inch of travel and it's not easy. It also tilts. If you're 6'+ or have an extra long torso the headrest will likely hit your shoulders and annoy you. The lumber support only adjusts up and down but only about an inch total. An improvement would be more and forward/backward adjustability. The arms CAN be adjusted in and out (toward you or away from you) but it requires loosening the allen bolts and retightening. You only have about 1/2" on either side. Same with the seat and forward/backward adjustability. The seat base literally just sits atop the gas cylinder which just sits atop the base no attachment so there is some concern about becoming disconnected if you try to carry the chair anywhere. Finally even at it's lowest setting the chair sits pretty high. I can't comfortably get my legs under my keyboard tray without resting the tray on my legs. But for the most part it's quite an awesome chair for the price.

Great chair with good support

I purchased the chair due to chronic back problems. Have found that it provides the support I need for my lower and upper back. In addition the chair promotes proper posture. The neck rest and "tilt" allow you to lean back and relax when needed. It has not solved my back problems but it has helped. Would recommend this chair. It is reasonably priced with a lot of benefits!!

It's A Great Chair but...

It's a great chair actually it's the most comfortable chair i have ever sat in but... as a heads up on this site it says the chair supports up to 250 pounds but on the chair itself it actually reads up to 225 pounds. Also the directions are just pictures... one picture in particular confused me and that confusion caused a crack to form on the telescopic cover the top one(smallest). In order to avoid this place the medium size one inside of the large one and the small one inside of the medium one and apply pressure to the button. Other than that as long as i don't plan on adjusting the seat it's fine even with the crack... its a small crack but still.... The directions should have specified. Other users are stating that the seat back support arm rest aren't adjustable... they are full of it you have to configure it before hand just read the specs of the chair and know how tall you are and how wide you are. It's that simple. Great chair Overall. I Highly Recommend.

Too short for people over 5'6"

I am 6' and I could not use the headrest. Sitting in this chair as intended (not slouching) the headrest would be at my shoulders. The chair was comfortable even for 10 hour shifts. Only other notes are that the mounting points don't line up perfectly and there is some wobble to the arm rests

Good chair good price

The chair is very comfortable I really like the mesh for keeping cool and the mesh provides great support. The headrest a nice addition when at computer. Cons there is no seat tilt my fault I missed in description. The back doesn't have much adjustment do depth.
