Poor Quality

I've had this chair 3 weeks today the left arm rest came off. When looking at how it broke it appears the the 4 screws were over tightened at the factory. I thought i was buying a quality chair but now very concerned about the overall quality of this chair.

Chair only for short people

I am 5’11” and the headrest hit me in the back. It would need at least 4 more inches in order to fit properly.

Love this chair

I'm really picky about my desk chairs because I sit in one all day. Also I have a pinched nerve in my neck from being on the computer so much but the Hyken Chair is perfect i can adjust it just right so I'm not adding tension to my lower back and neck. I'm only 5'4" so my legs are short but this chair lowers just right for my feet to go flat on the floor. When I was in Staples buying this chair there was another short woman there checking out chairs and she too fit well so also purchased this chair. The seat bottom is really comfortable too.

Very comfortable office chair even after 3 or 4 hours. Could probably go longer but who wants to! Easily adjusted for both my husband and I. Love the tilt back. I find my posture is better and that helps a lot.

Great chair that will not wear out in the seat

I compared this chair with the similar version and this has a much shorter seat which let's my back tough the back of the chair giving me consistent lumbar support. It is comfortable and there is no foam cushion to wear out. In the past chairs I purchased broke down the foam in the seat leasing to back issues. With a mesh seat I should not have that issue. Great chair with a great fit for shorter legs
