It fits well for my current needs having a support on neck level and aerated back and seat. Sitting hours on chair and getting not too warm and sweaty.

So far so good - I was told I was paying for assembly. I believe it was 45 Dollars. When it was delivered I questioned him and he seemed confused and like it did not matter to him he was just dropping it off. Please look into this and get back to me. Thank you
