Headrest sticks out

The chair is fine but the headrest sticks out way too far. Had high hopes but I'll be returning or selling the chair soon.

I purchased this chair to replace a Union and scale Dexley mesh chair. The Dexley mesh was good but the base cracked after 2.5 years. The company agreed to replace the part it is on backorder. That said it is on order and I purchased a new chair and am quite happy. I will use the repaired chair as a backup. Union and scale will support you on parts for 7 years. No need to buy the extended Asurion warranty. IMO

The FlexFit Hyken mesh Task Chair has been an excellent chair so far. I think it is very comfortable the tilt features operate smoothly and the head rest is a real plus at times when I find myself kicking back in this chair. A good product at a good price and I would recommend!

This chair is very comfortable and has great lower back support. I love that it is all mesh. A very sturdy quality chair!

Not as comfortable as I’d hoped

I’m 5’ 2” and my feet don’t touch the ground. I had a shoe with a heel when I sat in the display at the store. This makes it cut into the back of my legs so I’ve had to add a foot stool. It would also be nice if the recline option would lock anywhere you put it. It locks back but only in one spot and it’s a little further back than I like. Good quality but not a good fit for short people.
