I’m disappointed because I have no one to put it together for me although they offered at the store it will not fit in my car so I’m am stuck

Great chair has lots of air flow and worked great until the staples that hold the seat mesh came loose on the right hand side. Bought it August 3rd 2015 so I expected it to last a least a year before their is failure. Very disappointed because I liked the chair a lot. I'm going to check the warranty to see if I can get a replacement otherwise I'll go with a different chair next time. -Bummed Customer

The chair is oddly proportioned and didn’t work well for a 6’3” person.

I have had the chair less than a month but so far it looks and feels like a good-quality chair. It was easy to assemble it is comfortable and it's adjustable. It also looks nice and neat (especially without the head rest) so it really to "fits the bill." Although Staples originally shipped a chair to me quickly it actually arrived in a damaged box with a couple of broken parts. (This product really could be packaged a little better to avoid that type of problem....) But I called Staples immediately and company was very responsive in sending out a new replacement--which is great. (Now I'm just waiting for them to come and pick up the broken one.)

Not like I wanted tighter squeeze in the armrest not as flexible as I want for elbow support and tension reflex.
