Fair comfort questionable durability

This chair has very strange proportions. I am 6'4. The seat is short. The back is short. The arms are at the lowest adjustment but they are still too tall for me. The back does not adjust fully vertical so I find myself sitting straight up and not even touching the seat back except for the very bottom much of the time. Everything in the chair except the gas cylinder and the bracket on the bottom of the seat that houses the spring and adjustment mechanism is made of plastic. This makes me wonder how long it will last.

Great for the price

I bought this for my husband. He has an Aeron chair at work but now must WFH due to the pandemic. I put it together quite easily by myself. The hardest part was unwrapping it - it was well packed. Obviously it's not a Herman Miller but it's a good substitute and priced very well. My only complaint is that it isn't more adjustable. I like that both the seat and back are mesh (nice and cool) and that the lumbar support is somewhat adjustable (up/down). The armrests are basic but adjustable. The head rest is slightly adjustable but not really hi/lo more just angled or not. This is uncomfortable for me (5'9") and my husband (6') but my 5'1" daughter finds it very comfortable. Luckily we were able to just leave the head rest off. My husband uses it for more than 10 hours a day. Prior to buying it he complained of low back pain daily. Now no complaints. The chair fits nicely at the dining room table and rolls well on both the carpet and the wood floor. Overall I definitely recommend this chair.

This chair is good but not great because part of the seat is built too far towards the back creating the back of the thigh pinching effect

This chair went together like a dream except for the wheels. They won't snap in and they won't stay in. I called to ask if there was a secret to it. The gentleman said no just push and twist. My chair still has no wheels on it.

Great overall

I needed more support and this delivers perhaps a bit much in the seat but I don't sit in it all day. I really like the head/neck bolster. The only thing missing would be a tilt for the seat. Arms adjust. all in all a great chair.
