Chair sinks after seating for 30 minutes and doesn’t hold its form. Coast doesn’t match the quality don’t waste your money!

Great for the price & fits my needs well

I had been on the lookout for a new chair for my desk at home for quite awhile. I'm a student and often spend hours working at my desk and life is too short to use an uncomfortable chair! I'm also on a limited budget and a proud bargain-shopper who hunts deals like nobody's business. So when Staples had their big chair sale I went to THREE DIFFERENT STORES and sat in every chair at each store. I wanted a chair that reclined had adjustable seat height and adjustable-height armrests so I could tuck them into the area above the pull-out keyboard tray. The Hyken chair is perfect. I didn't think I'd use the headrest but I actually really like it! My head really becomes heavy on my neck at the end of the day! I like that it's mesh as that stays much cooler than leather does during the hot summers. It's super-comfortable and perfect for my needs. :)

My back ache is gone!

My back ached every day. It got bad enough that pandemic or not I finally went to Staples to try out new chairs. This one felt right and supported my lower bask at the same time. The chair cost more than most but is definitely worth it.

A good chair that could be better

Thankfully there was no damage to the chair from the lack of packing in the box. It is fairly comfortable except that the seat back encroaches on the seat several inches and cannot be adjusted any further back. I am seriously considering returning the chair because of that. I fI keep it I may have to machine the mounting holes to allow more adjustment.

This thing is amazing. I work frome home so I'm sitting all day. The chair I had before was giving me back problems and this chair eliminated my pain after the 2nd day. As soon as you sit on it you feel the lumbar and neck support if you sit correctly it will help you ease and prevent back and neck pains; it has worked for me. Takes a bit of getting used to but once you do it's perfect.

Very easy to assemble but quite a heavy chair we will have to carry this up three floors moving into a condo. I will be interested to see how the casters are on a wood floor. Ergonomically seems like a good fit for me. Value for money.
