If you're not strong inserting the casters is not easy. Other than that I like the chair.

Took care of neck and back pain!

the chair was easy to assemble. It has great casters and rolls freely on my hardwood floor. It's easy to adjust and is very comfortable.

I love my new office chair! It has great support and comfort for the price. The mesh design allows the chair to breath as you do your work so you won't get that uncomfortable overheated feeling with this design. The head rest will give you extra stability for your spine and back. It is lightweight and strong is it will handle a heavy person. I would recommend this chair to anyone who needs to sit still for more than 6 hours. The chair is rated for 5 to 10 hours which is the best that money can buy!

A little narrow for me. I could appreciate another couple of inches. I'm 6' 2" 280. The wider chairs have the fake vinyl leather that didn't hold up.

A quality product. Packaged very well. Assembly instructions were easy to follow especially with each component color coded and packaged separately. Engineered well for comfort.
