Great Chair - So far so good

I've only been using the chair for a few days and so far so good. The one recommendation I do have would be to redesign the headrest to be adjustable in height for taller individuals. I'm 5'9" and found the headrest to be awkward/uncomfortable at first. By tilting it all the way back it works much better / is more comfortable. Other than that I'm very pleased so far and would definitely recommend.

First one came with damaged mesh on the neck support out of the box but replacement chair is great and comfy. Highly recommend.

Bad design

I'm 6'2" and the headrest of this chair is positioned so low that my shoulders hit it every time I lean back. I probably have to remove it. Overall I would not recommend this chair to anyone taller than 5'5".
