Very comfortable but headset needs to be modified (SUPER EASY)

This chair is amazingly comfortable and the lumbar is just right. I have sat in other chair where i felt like I was being stabbed in the back. This chair has enough adjustments to make is perfect for multiple heights. Only complaint is the default headrest. If you are above 5' 5 the headrest wont work for you out of the box. Luckily its SUPER easy to fix. Google "Hyken headrest mod" and you will find very detailed instructions with pictures. Its literally remove 2 screws flip a piece over and screw back together. This raises the headrest a few inches and is now PERFECT (im 6 feet tall). 100% would buy this chair again.

Too short

Looks like a good chair but it's too short and the neck rest is too low. I am 5'7''. If it was mentioned that it's for short people it would be helpful.

almost perfect for smaller adults

i'm 5'7" and the chair isn't too big or wide for me. now my arms/elbows aren't splayed out uncomfortably at a weird angle like my other more expensive chair. only complaint is that the head rest is too short and functions more like a neck rest. no wonder this chair has almost 5K reviews as of 10/2019. it's cheap and very good/comfortable! ps -- assembly is rather easy. took me about half an hour. the instructions and parts are all labeled appropriately so you can't mess it up.

The head rest is way too low to be of any use or function the arm rests and back of the chair come lose even after making sure they were tight the mesh is starting to become lose a couple weeks later and to top it off the reason I got this chair was for my lower back problems and it doesn't help at all. The price was the main appeal.
