I don't get why this chair has such good reviews. I'm average height 5'9 and the headrest jams me in the shoulders.

Chair is well made but the head rest isn't adjustable enough to fit my head/neck area (I'm 6 foot tall). the head rest jabs me in the shoulders at best. I'm thinking of removing the head rest and use it without .

chair is very comfortable to sit in and has many adjustments to fit your needs. It does have a recline and upright position. the adjustable arm rests are nice. Hope the seat mesh holds up for a long time.

Mesh office chair

Pre-assembled headrest was so tight it couldn't be adjusted straight out of the box. Assembly time was about 1/2 hour. I have a boney butt the seat has no padding just mesh. Not enough for me. Of note: I use a gel seat cushion. Even with the gripper side down the cushion would shift when leaning to one side or the other.

I have fallen down a few sets of stairs and sometimes sitting is uncomfortable for me so I was very pleased with how comfortable this chair is when I am seated for hours on end!
