Less than a week and starting to fray

Less than a week of use: Purchased on a Friday. Assembled on Saturday. Observations on Wednesday: Pros: Easy to assemble. Fits my needs for ergonomics. Cons: The seat is already fraying at the edges. The wheels don’t spin well.

Comfortable and easy to assemble. However the chair felt small even though I'm 5'3". I wish the seat were deeper and the head rest taller. I regret not getting the bigger chair.

Headrest is useless

The headrest is only useful if you are the exact torso length for the chair. It actually works fine for my colleague who is my height but for me it lands in a place that is completely uncomfortable and not ergonomic so I just removed it. It can be “adjusted” but it just tilts up and down doing nothing for where it hits on your head.
