Good not great

Neck support doesn't go high enough ( I'm 6'3"). The seat feels too stiff. But still a nice chair and other than neck support very adjustable

i had a gaming chair before this and this hyken chair supports me much better! it seems like it's not much with all that mesh but it's very sturdy and it doesn't jiggle so it's firm which helps me stand up out of it. the arms were in my thighs when i first sat in it so i had to use the other holes to move them out a little. but i am definitely happy with my brand new chair! highly recommended!

I appreciate the smooth functioning of the casters and the flexibility of the back of the chair. I like also that it adjusts to easily to fit different body types. I would highly recommend this chair!

It pulls my hair the headrest and doesn't fulfill my needs with the look of it in my space of work cosmetically is not approved or what I expected

Headrest not adjustable

The headrest bit into my shoulders and I am 6' 1". The headrest was not adjustable in terms of height. Once the headrest was removed from the chair the chair was comfortable and usable.
