Reasonably comfortable chair. However head rest is not adjustable and at 6'2" it was hitting at the base of my neck. Very uncomfortable I was forced to remove it and go without.

Doesn’t Last — Seat Sinks

I have had this chair less than 2 years. All of a sudden it won’t stay at the height I set it. It sinks and I’m frequently having to elevate the seat — multiple times daily! I guess you get what you pay for. Will be throwing it in the dumpster!

I weigh 170 pounds and it ripped after a week of light use. If I sit on it I make contact with the plastic inside.

Not Comfortable (Neck) for Anyone Over 5'9"

So I have had this chair for over 6 months. I love some many of its features (adjustable armrests reclining mesh construction). But honestly I have become increasingly irritated that I cannot adequately adjust the neck support for a comfortable position. I am 5"10" not tall by any means. Even at its highest position the neck support still hits my torso at the top of the back. There is literally no chance for the support of the neck over prolonged sitting. Seems there should better thought put into this design feature.

This chair Has to be one of the most comfortable chairs I have ever bought. Very easy to assemble. . This mesh style won’t go flat Like your conventional cushion chair. Highly recommended

Needed this chair since i was going to be wfh. no ergo issues so far. if you are looking for cushion support mesh is probably not for you.

Really like the chair. It supports very well and with mesh design breathes. Hours at the desk no issue with this. Also bought the option for Staples to assemble - well worth the charge.
