Comfortable for arm height too high

At 5'6" you would think that the arm height could be lowered enough to allow a touch typist to type comfortably. The lowest height did now work; could not keep arms in correct position for touch typing. Chair is comfortable. Took the arms off and now the chair works for me.

I'm 5'1. Its a perfect fit for my height and short legs. Very comfortable and easy to adjust.
