Having back/lumbar issues and now working remotely from home regularly; needed a more therapeutic model. Although I thought a bit pricey (most other brands were on 'sale' at the time so I figure this one must be popular). But other more therapeutic models cost even more. Only one minor issue; could not adjust headrest vertically only the rotating adjustment worked. Simply loosened the mounting screws and used a filler item for the gap for a good fit. Otherwise it's been great.

Most Comfortable ever

I spend a lot of time at my computer and this is by far the most comfortable chair I have used over the years. And to top all that it was very affordable! Thanks Staples for a great product.

VERY comfortable. Mesh is very strong and keeps the seat cool. Can be adjusted to any desired position. Worth the money.

We bought 20 of these for the entire office. PRO's: Easy to assemble great quality includes head rest lumbar support and adjustable arm rests. CON's: Not made for "wide loads " the head rest and lumbar support have an extremely limited range of adjustment. The chairs look great and seem to be high quality.

Comfortable feature filled chair at a great price

I tried this chair at a staples store recently and found it to be the most comfortable of all the chairs there. It has a great feature set including tilt lock lumbar support and headrest. With the all mesh design it’s cool and comfortable. The only complaint is that around the front seat edge cushion area is little hard but maybe it’ll get softer once broken in.
