I rarely write reviews but I'm taking the time here so that I can possibly help someone make a good decision and save them some back pain. So here's my honest opinion. I hope it helps you: I bought this chair after checking out many options at Staples and another office store. Many of the chairs I sat in were two to three times more expensive but I bought this one because it actually felt like it had better support than the others. I would have gladly spent more if I thought one of the other chairs would be better for my posture and my back. I've had the chair for almost two weeks and I'm very happy with it. It was pretty easy to put together. It is living up to my expectations and my back feels much better. The consruction may not be as rugged as some of the more expensive chairs but I think it is quite good for what I spent (a fraction of the money I was willing to spend). Overall a very good value in my opinion.

Head rest sits too low and seat is narrow. Meant for people under 5’6” and 160lbs.

Very comfortable easy to assemble and priced right. Only gripe would be the headrest is adjustable but doesn't stay looked in any position except the bottom for very long.

Once I received the chair everyone else in the office wanted one. Ended up ordering 4 more! It's comfortable and helps us sit up properly! Only negative is that I'd like to be able to retract the arms completely sometimes (like a steno chair).

Great chair but...

Great chair. Solid support adjustable enough what I expected. Only downside is the headrest is a little low - I'm 6'1" and even with the headrest at the highest position and fully tilted back it hits the top of my back instead of my head. If I lean back in the chair so the back is a little "longer" it works great - but upright sitting is slightly less comfortable than I had hoped.

Technical Mesh Task Chair

This chair is very sturdy and provides ample back support. The headrest also contributes to the maintenance of correct posture. All total I am no longer experiencing lower back pain as I spend hours working from my chair.
