I bought 2 of these chairs for my office one for me and one for my employee. They're reasonably comfortable and supportive though I skipped adding the ridiculous head support to the top. My main complaint is that there are only two positions for the back; bolt-upright and slightly leaned back. There are no in-between recline settings and this is a serious bummer. But the chair seems sturdy (I'm a bigger guy) and I feel confident in its security while sitting in it. Sure would be nice to lean back occasionally though.

I love my new desk chair! I like the fact that I can adjust the lumbar and the headrest the most. The ease of rocking back is good for a relaxing break when sitting a long time.

This chair is excellent! I sat at my wife's computer because mine was doing updates. After only 30 minutes my back was killing me. We went to Staples and checked the chairs selecting this chair. My wife is thrilled with the chair. It is extremely comfortable and gives her back the support it needs in all the key areas. I highly recommend this chair.

Hesitant to purchase because it looks so 'office-y' but glad I did. VERY comfy! Great back and neck support. Easy to adjust. Worth the extra expense to have Staples assemble the chair. It looks and performs as promised.

Excellent purchase- good price quick shipping and the assembly was very easy/quick with super-clear instructions. The Hyken is comfortable as many chairs costing much more. Solid construction. Ordered roller-blade wheels separately to protect hardwood floors.
