Wheels came apart the first day. had to use wheels from old chair because these wheels are inferior. Also head rest is awkward. removed headrest and discarded. Disappointing

Best task chair I've ever had

Assembly was easy because of the labeled and colored parts. It's reduced my neck and back pain associated with computer work significantly. Having the arm rests higher encourages good posture and the lumbar support is in the right area. The only thing I don't like about the chair is not finding it years ago.

Comfortable chair great for sitting for long periods of time. I do agree with another review that this is a great chair for a woman. I know when I bought mine there was another woman getting same one. Both of us agreed it was the most comfortable for us. I liked it so much I am buying a second one for my crafting room.
