Must have!!!

After purchasing this wonderful chair I couldn't live without it. It help me with my poor back posture. Previously I was suffering from pain with my old chair. This chair aligned my poor back and gave me my posture back. Thank you!! It would be more comfortable if it has a bottom cushion to sit on but that not the main point. The price was a rock deal to die for. Not all the chairs has head rests. This one gave it a bonus deal. I nearly fell asleep on it or maybe I was just tired...hahaha. But anyway love this chair very much. Go give it a try.

Amazing chair very comfy and I love it it's great that I can lean back in it if I want to and the head rest is very convenient if you wanna lean back.

the casters fell off

The chair was nice and I wanted to keep it but the casters wouldn't stay on. I am 170lbs. I sat in the chair and the casters fell off and the chair dropped an inch. I had to return the chair.

It's a good chair gives support I need with bad back but headrest is a little low- only proper height when I lean back and I can't work in that position-unfortunately! I am tall though.

Easy to assemble easy to adjust!

I spend a lot of time at my desk so a comfortable chair is a must. When it was time to replace my old one I did my research picked out a fairly expensive chair with a very cushy seat and went to buy it at my nearest Staples. Before putting the box in the cart I decided to try out several other chairs while I was there including this one which was much less expensive. Wow! Even though it doesn't have the padded seat of the other model it is much more comfortable in part due to the excellent back and neck support and the ability to adjust so many aspects of the chair. It was super easy to put together too because every part was labeled and the instructions were large and clearly written and illustrated. Hooray! Highly recommend!

Confortable Chair

The chair is very comfortable. The headrest is perfect for me. The mesh is plastic so we will see how it holds up. I got rid of my last staples chair because the piston leaked. This chair looks like it has the same piston. Hopefully this one will holds. I will get back to you with an update.

A good chair makes a difference

I'm really happy with the Hyken Mesh Chair. We bought two because of the great deal and the chairs fit us so perfectly. One fits my husband's size (he's taller) and support needs (he likes to lean back) and the other has the back support that I need. Great find.
