Not built for prolonged use

If you weigh more than a feather don't buy this chair. Almost immediately after sitting in it for more than a test drive the mesh on the seat of the chair had a pronounced sag. Not a crisis on its own but when that happened the support foam on the front of the chair made unbearable contact on the backside of my legs. I really wanted to like the chair but not nearly as comfortable as it should be. Returning it today after purchasing it yesterday.

The chair itself is comfortable enough but the headrest snapped off after about a month. Too expensive to be that cheaply constructed.

Good Value

Fairly easy to assemble. Comes in multiple colors but I settle for black because that’s what was in stock and I didn’t want to wait on an order for my preferred color. Love the high back with headrest. Easy to adjust arm rests and seat height. Comfortable when using for several hours.

Very comfortable but lumbar support slides

The Hyken chair is definitely a worthy more affordable alternative to high priced office chairs. I got one to replace a gaming chair that was hurting my back. Pros: * Instructions for assembly are clear and it was very easy to put together. * There are a good amount of ways the chair can be adjusted for good ergonomics. * Comfortable to sit in for a full work day. * Great value for the price. Cons: * The lumbar support keeps sliding down when I sit down.
