Great support and Headrest

The Hyken Technical Mesh Task Chair is just the chair I need for the added support that I need at the moment to allow me to work more comfortably after injuries sustained in an auto accident. Although I had a great chair it did not have the upper back and neck support I need. Since I could not find the proper chair at my work place - and since our non profit is on a strict budget - I couldn't pass this chair up after I sat in it --- and to top it off it was on sale for a great price. I've used it for several days now and I love it!

I am pleasently surprised. Its more comfortable than i expected. The leaning back is nice and the lumbar support is great.

Loving the comfort for the price

I didn't pay full price but I think it was a steal. Easily worth full retail. It is mesh so you get breath ability and cooling but there are plenty of support options. I paired it with a separate footrest and I am so relaxed while at my desk. I do wish there were either more options for adjusting the headrest or perhaps even just a bigger one.

I wanted to like this chair but...

I really did want to like this chair. But in the end after trying it for a week it was just too hard due to the mesh material. There is no give on the seat bottom. It's way too hard to sit in there is no comfort or padding. I returned it and bout a Tempur-Pedic office chair which is very comfortable. Thank you Staples for letting me try them both out to find the best one for my home office. :)

It's a nice looking chair. I wouldn't rate it the most comfortable chair if you are spending long hours at your desk. I definitely need to get up and move around because this chair seat feels hard after an hour or so. The assembly was a bit tricky with only vague drawings. The chair back upright piece and the decorative plastic cover to the hydraulic tube arrived broken in the box. I called the number in the instructions and they sent me replacement parts that arrived in 3 days so that was good. Also to note - this chair weighs a ton! I had to carry it upstairs to my office in pieces to assemble up here or I would never have been able to get it up the stairs by myself.

Best office chair I have ever sat in! We have 2: bought the first several years ago after sitting in every chair at staples... and then covid hit. It took 2 weeks of working from home for us to get a second one!
