This chair is worth much more then what was charged! I looked up tons of reviews and wasn't even looking at this chair till a good number of them said they now use this chair and its better than so many out there. Give it a chance you wont regret it

Relatively easy to assemble although the $15 service charge is well worth paying in retrospect. Nice chair. My only problem has been in adjusting tilt.

This is my 3rd office chair in a year and it is definitely a keeper. If you suffer with lower back pain this chair will give you the back support you need.

Great chair- head piece is a little much

The head piece is a little aggressive in the sense that the piece doesn’t let your head tilt back when the chair is fully upright. However before this I had a leather chair which cooked any body part that was in contact with. I do not have this problem with this one although it’s way harder than the leather chain. It’s worth it.
