Hyken Mesh Chair Comfortable yet Perfect

Lumbar Support. Comfortable. Perfect. Adjustable Seat. Mesh. I bought the chair for me to use while I'm working but my husband gets way more use out of it than I do. It's mesh so I don't get hot in the chair and have to change seats. I love that I can adjust the height of the seat as well as lean the seat back if I choose.

Wonderfully Comfortable Chair But...

The chair is very comfortable and rolls with ease. However the [and I'll call them] mar guards on the legs (the plastic covers which prevent damage if the leg[s] bump into other furniture) keep coming off. They are held on with screws and I'm wondering if they were stripped out during assembly at the factory. I think I'm just going to lay down a silicon (caulking) bead and hopefully they will stay put.

I started a new job and saw this chair being used by a colleague of mine. The chair I inherited was too short for me - I'm 6' tall. Though my colleague is only 5'2" tall this chair fits both of our height needs well.

It's no Iron Throne

The mesh works very well for cooling and the price is excellent. The width of the seat is made for a moderate build at 19.5 inches across so if you have any extra size to you it won't be comfortable for very long. The arms are vertically adjustable but NOT horizontally. The build quality is sub-par. Within the first few days the seat mesh began to pull away from its mooring which was in fact just simple staples straight into the plastic ring. I weigh 205 and would expect it to hold up a bit longer than 4 days. Fortunately the flawed seat design is also its saving grace in that the upper seat ring is held to the main frame with about a dozen screws which can be removed allowing the seat mesh to be repaired and/or replaced. I'm in IT and code for a living so I sit for extended periods of time and for my size and frame it's decent comfort-wise. Again the mesh works exceptionally well for cooling which was my primary reason for purchasing with the secondary being price but don't be fooled - you get what you pay for.

I read reviews saying that this chair can be uncomfortable well for me it works fine. My body is a little on the fat side so that debunks assumptions that I may be a skinny person. One of my favorite features is the headrest (I'm 5"7')

This chair is the perfect fit for anyone! It’s comfortable great back support arm rest and reclines! I’ve been working 12 hr shifts and this chair has help alleviate my lower back pain and help support keep my back straight in a good position while I’m sitting. I don’t slouch as much anymore.highly recommend it!
