This chair is so comfortable and supportive! This was bought out of necessity with the change to working at home. I have a bad back and not just any chair would work for a 8 hour and + during times. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this chair is and I would and will by again in the future!

We love the Hyken Mesh Task Chair!

We recently replaced all our computer chairs in our home with Staples Hyken Technical Mesh Task Chairs because we loved our first one tremendously! They're ergonomically comfortable have a mesh to keep you from getting overheated and the lower back support is perfect. There's a neck/head piece (which you can leave off if you don't want it but I don't see why you would do that) too that's missing from many task chairs. Best of all when you need to stretch back and think there's a tilt to the chair that lets you do just that! I can't think of anything negative about this chair.

I bought a pair of these for my home office - really liked the mesh support giving more breathing ability to keep sweating away. The amount paid would barely get a basic office chair elsewhere but got me these great comfortable and great looking seats.

It's pretty comfortable to use for extended periods of time. I like the mesh design for the ventilation to stay feeling cooler - no back sweat one can get with a solid back and seat.

Slightly Above Average Office Chair

Would have given it 4 starts but its a little small for me but not the chairs fault. That being said its not a big chair so does not provide adequate seat width and length for a person 5'10" plus. 1st couple of days the mesh seat felt a little to firm which reminded me of leather chairs that wear down quick and loose their padded feel. Only been using it for a week now but getting accustomed to it . So far so good.

very adjustable and comfortable

This is the 3rd chair i have bought recently in searching for all day comfort as I am working from home now. As i am 50+ the biggest problem i have had is low back pain. I found this chair to be comfortable right out of the box but played with the multitude of adjustments to make it even better. There are certainly cheaper chairs out there (and many more expensive) but I found this one to be a great value.

Comfortable But Headrest Too Low

I was looking for an ergonomic home office chair that I could sit in for hours at a time. I really liked this mesh chair. It was the most comfortable one I tried within the $150 - $250 price range and an excellent value compared to similar chairs. That said I may have to return it since my shoulders touch the headrest when sitting upright and I'm only average height at 5'9". If I slouch somewhat I fit in the chair better but the headrest acts more like a neck rest causing me neck pain. Therefore I wouldn't recommend this chair if you're taller than 5'6" since the headrest lacks sufficient height adjustability... such a shame because everything else about this chair is wonderful. Pros: Easy to assemble (use a tool kit instead of the included allen wrench) Comfortable mesh Good value Cons: Headrest doesn't have sufficient height adjustment capability - not recommended if you're taller than 5'6"
