Perhaps my hopes were too high after watching X-chair commercials and thinking this would be like that. But it’s got decent support though it’s not all that comfortable.

Corrects My Posture

The instructions for this chair were easy to follow. It took me an hour to assemble. It would probably take someone more mechanically adept and stronger just 30 minutes to assemble. The chair is also extremely comfortable supports my lumbar and enables and encourages me to sit with correct posture. Furthermore I'm 5'3" and the seat is the perfect depth for my legs. I highly recommend this chair.

Overall I love this chair. The one downside as I saw in another review is that the mesh is a bit rough for bare skin. Two things I either can't figure out or are not as advertised: the arms go up and down but I don't see how they swivel; and the headrest is supposed to slide up and down but is either very stiff or doesn't slide. It moves on a pivot but I haven't been able to make it slide down.

Easy to assemble. Very comfortable. Light weight and breathable. Rolls/pivots well. Plenty of adjustments make it ergonomically very good especially for the sale price of under $130. I would recommend to anyone and have already done so. The instructions are very clear and concise. Parts are individually bagged and labeled. Perhaps they could forgo the color coded paint on the screw threads. The paint makes it a bit tough to get them started. Other then that the only other con would be to have an adjustment to shorten or more likely extend the arm supports and pad them. Overall I give it a 9/10.

This is a comfortable breathable chair that provides great lower back and support at a good price. Note the headrest does not adjust up and down so it would not work for tall people. I’m 5’6 and I’m almost too tall for it but it gives me good neck support. But it can be removed.
