Comfortable Chair

Was very easy to put together. Took under 30 minutes with clear instructions. The chair works as described and is adjustable so you do not get fatigued. Good value as I purchased it on sale.

The chair is well constructed. I would change three things to make it "perfect" for me. 1) The headrest if attached is not height adjustable. It should be height adjustable. It is too low for my head so I am leaving it off the chair. 2) The seating surface is not expandable toward the front of the chair. I have long legs. Were there to be an adjustment to extend the length of the seat cushion it would make sitting on the chair for an extended period much more comfortable. 3) The instructions call for tightening down the screws every week. I suggest using LockTite or a similar product on the screws after the chair's positions have been optimized so that the screws stay in place.

I Like it so Much that I Have THREE Hyken chairs!

I have severe lower-back problems including nerve damage compressed discs sciatica and so on. The Hyken Chair is the ONLY chair I have found where I can sit at the computer for an hour and get up without any increased pain. Not only is it comfortable it also makes it easier to sit up straight and contract my abdominal muscles which takes pressure off my back. I have three chairs: 1 at my home computer 1 at my home sewing machine and 1 at my office desk/computer. What a pleasure to have found a chair that is comfortable and does not put added pressure on my lower back. These chairs are worth every penny of the cost when pain reduction is a factor. 5 Stars with no reservations.

Hi chairs seems okay not very good as it lacks thigh support and neck support is too rigid it is hard to set it for short ppl. Overall okay... Not really that good as earlier reviews talked about.

This is the best office chair that Staples sells

I've purchased 6 or 8 office chairs from Staples and I will admit that many of them looked much more comfortable than this one but every one of them did not last longer than maybe two years. I've had this Hyken chair for 6 1/2 years and it has lasted that long but not without normal wear and tear repairs. The contract I bought when I got the chair was for 7 years and Staples has honored my every need. I am completely satisfied with my purchase! This chair gets used - a lot! Probably an average of 8-10 hours each and every day! It's comfortable and I would buy another one when this one is finally retired!
