Staples Hyken Technical Mesh Task Chair

This chair is perfect for anyone with lower back pain. I have degenerative disc disease and this is the first chair I have used that doesn't cause pain in my back. I bought it in the store on Sunday and it was delivered by Tuesday afternoon. Great chair!

They arrived in perfect condition. Assembled easily and so far have been extremely comfortable seating for all day desk work. The adjustable features have made this chair a great value!! We bought 2 chairs "his and hers" able to build a custom fit for different body types.

Hyken mesh chair feels good in the store but ..

Was easy to put together - they also encourage you to call support if you get stuck. I called when I had a question but the answer was very simple. I probably would have figured it out by myself if I spent a little more time looking at the directions. Chair wheels are great and adjustment levers work well. Overall it is a well made sturdy chair. However once I sit in it for more than 30 minutes my tailbone starts to hurt. I bought this chair to improve the seating comfort vs my older office chair which was 18 years old. There is not much improvement in that regard.

I loved it in the store. I am not sure why maybe because it was sat in so many times. It was just more comfortable.
